Mining can trigger cave-ins, so use supports to keep falling blocks away.
47.4 of the 57 points that apply = 83 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
Cave-Ins makes underground mining more hazardous by giving ceiling blocks a chance to collapse when mined, producing small falls or large cave-ins; random collapses also become more frequent as you dig deeper below Y=30. The trigger list covers common stone and deepslate, ores, dripstone, terracotta, sandstone, and several dirt and clay blocks, when the mined block has two air blocks beneath it. Players can craft supports from a stripped log and two polished deepslate blocks; supports can be built from two to ten blocks tall and protect nearby blocks from cave-ins. A Soul Lantern held offhand with a pickaxe in the main hand shows whether a block that could trigger a cave-in is supported, while silk touch avoids the mining risk. TNT can trigger a massive cave-in when a block is within five blocks above it, but placing a trapdoor on top caps the TNT and prevents that collapse. An in-game configuration lets players adjust cave-in chances and toggle features, making the datapack suitable for tuning the mining challenge.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Runs 50 function files: 1 every game tick and 1 when the pack loads. Its commands can place or replace blocks and remove entities, items or data.
Does not change world generation.
Adds 11 recipes, 10 advancements, 9 tags and 19 predicates.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's recipes, loot tables and other game data.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a data pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A data pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
