Track runners across dimensions with compasses in manhunt games.
No points lost.
53.8 of the 54 points that apply = 99.6, so 99 out of 100: only a project that lost no point gets 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
Compass Tracker is a manhunt datapack for games with any number of hunters and runners, letting hunters track the runner closest to them across the Overworld, Nether, and End. Each hunter’s compass updates while held and stays locked on its last target; it does not update when there are no runners in the hunter’s dimension, and configurable feedback can indicate whether a runner is available to track. Runners can have a configurable number of lives before being switched to spectator mode after losing their last life. Its optional Cornucopia Endgame feature makes all living runners enter the End before they can damage the dragon; on arrival, they are reduced to one life and the End portal becomes trackable by compass.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Runs 12 function files: 1 when the pack loads. Its commands can place or replace blocks and remove entities, items or data.
Does not change world generation.
Adds 1 advancement and 1 tag.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's recipes, loot tables and other game data.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a data pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A data pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
