Josh's More Foods expands Minecraft cooking with more than 60 recipes for craftable foods and drinks, using a new station to prepare many of them. Its food includes rice meals, 13 herbal or floral teas, five breads, cookies, seven pies, doughnuts, salads, ice creams, and other dishes such as boiled and fried eggs, fish and chips, and leche flan. Examples include beetroot, potato, and carrot breads; apple, shepherd's, and chicken pot pies; and fruit salad, coleslaw, and potato salad. Rice is made from wheat seeds and can substitute for wheat in recipes; the Rice Making Station prepares rice-related recipes in batches of 16, including rice bowls and fried rice. Teas grant a small regenerative effect, while eating ice cream causes slowness and weakness for one minute. The in-game Cookbook explains recipes and datapack information, and the Book of Nutrition lists the new foods' nutrition values. Knives are also included as fast-swinging, low-damage weapons, though the sources describe no recipe use for them yet.
Written from Modrinth and the GitHub README . How we write it
Runs 102 function files: 1 when the pack loads. Its commands can place or replace blocks and remove entities, items or data.
Does not change world generation.
Adds 37 recipes, 10 advancements, 67 loot tables, 6 tags, 1 predicate and 31 item modifiers.
Replaces 3 of vanilla Minecraft's loot tables.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a data pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A data pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
