KawaMood’s Waystones is a survival- and multiplayer-friendly datapack for building a fast-travel network between points of interest, including locations in different dimensions and custom dimensions. Waystones must be crafted rather than found naturally: a Lodestone, two Amethyst Shards, an Eye of Ender, and three base blocks make a variant such as Andesite, Sandstone, Nether Brick, Mossy Stone Brick, Deepslate, Copper, Prismarine Brick, Tuff, Red Sandstone, or Quartz. Players open a waystone to browse locations they can access and select one to teleport; the journey can also carry a vehicle and any mobs the player has on a leash. Each waystone can be configured as discoverable, private, or public, protected against removal, and shared with chosen players, while managers can see and edit waystones across the network. Server settings let operators tune travel costs using fixed or distance-based experience levels, restrict placement in selected dimensions, set per-player or global waystone limits, hide coordinates, and control whether players can teleport across dimensions or while in combat. Additional options include floating nameplates, default visibility and protection, and compatibility safeguards for protected areas and some server software.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Runs 335 function files: 1 every game tick and 1 when the pack loads. Its commands can place or replace blocks and remove entities, items or data.
Does not change world generation.
Adds 10 recipes, 8 advancements, 23 tags and 9 predicates.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's recipes, loot tables and other game data.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a data pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A data pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
