Racks is a Java Edition data pack that adds display stands for tools and weapons, complementing armor stands so these items can be exhibited instead of stored away. Craft a rack from sticks and planks of any wood, then place it on the ground to display up to two items or on a wall to display one; wood variants include oak, birch, spruce, bamboo, cherry, crimson, and warped. Ground racks support axes, hoes, pickaxes, shovels, swords, fishing rods, carrot-on-a-stick, warped-fungus-on-a-stick, maces, and spears, while wall racks also display bows, crossbows, tridents, shields, shears, brushes, and spyglasses. Interact with a rack while holding an item to place it, or with an empty main hand to retrieve it; sneaking while interacting cycles through six ground poses or four wall poses to adjust the display. Ground racks let you select either item slot independently, and displayed items retain their enchantments, custom data, and other components.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Runs 177 function files: 1 when the pack loads. Its commands can place or replace blocks and remove entities, items or data.
Does not change world generation.
Adds 13 recipes, 4 advancements, 6 tags and 3 predicates.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's recipes, loot tables and other game data.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a data pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A data pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

Modpacks that include Racks in at least one of their versions, most downloaded first.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
