A damage/healing indicators datapack.
60.6 of the 64 points that apply = 95 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
Simple Damage Indicator is a configurable datapack that displays indicators for damage and healing in your world, including multiplayer worlds. You can customize decimal precision, hide trailing .0 values, show or hide plus and minus signs, choose whether indicators move and adjust their motion smoothness, and control their visibility through objects and background appearance. An optional color setting gives absorption damage or healing indicators distinct colors, and advanced configuration lets you trade off update performance against the delay before indicators appear. Indicators are not shown for dead mobs, and entities tagged sdi.ignore are excluded from processing.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Runs 50 function files: 1 every game tick and 1 when the pack loads. Its commands can place or replace blocks and remove entities, items or data.
Does not change world generation.
Adds 2 advancements, 8 tags and 1 predicate.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's recipes, loot tables and other game data.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a data pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A data pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

Modpacks that include Simple Damage Indicator in at least one of their versions, most downloaded first.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
