TaTe's Extra Armors and Elytras expands equipment crafting with 40 armor sets that offer distinct effects, alongside 20 cosmetic Elytra designs. The armor ranges from upgrades and situational protection, such as Gilded Armor's greater durability, Shulker Armor's reduced gravity and safer falls, and Guardian Armor's faster swimming and extra oxygen, to unusual abilities such as Totem Armor's reusable Totems of Undying and Galaxy Armor's gravity-defying movement. Other sets tie their effects to player actions or surroundings: Coal Armor places a torch after sneaking, Amethyst Armor grants Regeneration inside an Amethyst Geode, and Music Armor plays a held disc when its wearer sneaks. Some pieces are obtained through world events rather than recipes, including Reinforced Deepslate Armor from a Warden burrowing into that block, Ender Dragon Armor from defeating the dragon, and Trial Armor pieces from opening Vaults. The pack also adds themed Elytras such as Parrot, Leaf, Ice, Fire, Nether Portal, and Spider designs; these are cosmetic, while RGB Armor and RGB Elytra can change color and be waxed to lock their color.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Runs 77 function files: 2 every game tick and 2 when the pack loads. Its commands can place or replace blocks and remove entities, items or data.
Changes world generation: structures.
Adds 151 recipes, 28 advancements, 9 loot tables, 50 tags and 34 predicates.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's recipes, loot tables and other game data.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a data pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A data pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
