A warrior origin with speed, stronger attacks, and potato-loving perks.

Bladeborn is a Techno-inspired Origins addon that casts the player as a warrior descended from a forgotten anarchist. Its combat rules evoke Minecraft’s older combat style: clicking has no limit, shields are unavailable, and the player can use only tools from 1.8 or earlier. The origin grants Speed II by default, makes every type of potato more filling, and gives totems a 5% chance not to break. A bloodlust meter rises after every five entities killed and, when full, grants Hunger I, Nausea I, Resistance I, Speed III, and Strength III after a kill; holding a written book in the main hand slowly reduces the meter. At full bloodlust, the player also shakes and emits random pig sounds, with particles showing their bloodlust state. The origin grants Hero of the Village but makes golems hostile, prevents damage to passive mobs, and disables knowledge of elytras. It also discourages high-tier equipment: the player cannot wear diamond armor or better, and tridents do not deal damage, though they retain their travel mechanics.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
