Adds active abilities to armor.
31 of the 64 points that apply = 48 out of 100.
Armor Abilities adds 12 manually activated enchantments to armor, with three abilities for each armor slot; each slot has its own activation key and cooldown, and only one active enchantment can be placed on a given armor piece. Helmet abilities include Focus, which refreshes other ability cooldowns, Mind Control, which makes nearby eligible enemies target one another, and Telekinesis, which pulls nearby enemies toward you. Chestplate abilities let you transform into TNT and explode with Explode, clear status effects, flames, and frost with Cleanse, or damage nearby enemies with Siphon to gain temporary absorption based on how many enemies are near you. Leggings provide Dash for a burst of movement in the direction you aim, Blink for a short forward teleport, and Rush for a temporary boost to Speed and Strength. Boot abilities are landing attacks: Anvil Stomp turns you into an anvil, protects you from damage during the fall, and knocks nearby enemies back; Frost Stomp freezes and slows them; and Fire Stomp ignites and damages them. Ability effects improve with enchantment level, and cooldowns are shown on screen, with their icons blinking faster as the cooldowns near completion. The mod also provides a full configuration file for adjusting its settings.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 2 areas: Rendering and graphicsChanges 4 game code files in this area: drawing mobs, items, particles and textures on screen. and PlayerChanges 1 game code file in this area: your character: movement, abilities, hunger and controls..
Adds 12 enchantments and 4 key bindings.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
