Beetlebox adds eight types of beetles and related equipment, machines, and systems for capturing, raising, breeding, taming, and using them. Beetles have randomized stats that can be adjusted with jelly, while breeding produces larvae with traits inherited from both parents; larvae can be raised in jars, with the Incubator or Beetlepack speeding their growth. The Beetle Tank supports beetle breeding and taming, and tamed beetles can take Infantry or Projectile roles depending on their class. A Beetlepack carries beetle and larva jars, deploys tamed beetles in combat, and can accompany Elytra flight; Infantry beetles attack on the ground, while Projectile beetles make a single ranged hit and return. The Bugslinger fires beetles from jars, using their stats and behavior to determine how they fight, and the mod also includes nets and jars for capturing beetles. Five machines support crafting and automation, including the Boiler, Beetle Tank, and Incubator, and an Emigrator can automate the collection of tamed beetles. Jellies include Honey and Cactus varieties, with different effects on beetle stats and combat class; boiling kelp provides gelatin used to make beetle jelly. The mod also features upgradeable player armor sets, including the Titanus set and its visual variants.

Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
