Berserk is a Minecraft mod that pays tribute to Kentaro Miura by bringing characters, equipment, and settings inspired by his work into the game. Players can find armor such as Berserk armor and knight armor, and wield named weapons including the Dragon Slayer, Pippin’s hammer, Judo’s throwing knives, Griffith’s rapier, Guts’s sword, and Serpico’s windsword. The world includes demons and characters such as Zodd, Guts, Casca, and Flora, alongside the Flora Forest biome, Leclipse dimension, stones in the plains, a knight’s camp, and Flora’s house. A magic system offers healing, faster plant growth, fireballs, an astral wall, and Od detection, while food additions include mashed potatoes, dried seaweed, wild boar, wheat pancakes, hard-boiled eggs, and bottled milk. Combat and survival also feature blood pools when a player dies, a bloodied screen that reflects the player’s health, and stronger final attacks when health is low. Additional systems include vendors and a mineral buyer, ways to earn money through fishing and zombie drops, thirst tracked with a water gauge, and a stats menu showing money, health, food, water, and experience.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 14 blocks, 95 items, 19 mobs, 2 other entities, 2 biomes, 1 dimension, 36 recipes, 17 advancements, 2 loot tables, 11 sounds and 7 key bindings.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Replaces 163 of vanilla Minecraft's block textures, 85 models, 46 interface textures, 4 sky, weather and particle textures and 2 loot tables.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
