Better Pie Chart enhances Minecraft’s vanilla profiler pie chart with controls and display options suited to monitoring performance, including on multiplayer servers. Its chart lock blocks number keys to prevent accidental navigation into subcategories and indicates the locked state in the debug HUD and chat. The mod can automatically reset profiler data when you enter a new chunk, optionally reset the lock at the same time, or let you reset the profiler manually. Pie Chart Only mode hides the rest of the F3 debug text while leaving the chart visible, and an optional overlay can show profiler status, chunk position, reset count, lock status, and the latest event. You can move the chart, scale it from 0.2× to 3×, and restore its default position and size; these adjustments persist through the configuration.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: User interfaceChanges 3 game code files in this area: menus, screens, tooltips, the chat window and the in-game overlay..
Adds 4 key bindings: Edit Pie Chart Position, Lock/Unlock Pie Chart, Reset Chart Data and Toggle Pie Chart Only.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
