About
Better Snowball Fight expands Minecraft snowball combat with new snowball types, crafting tools, weapons, and other items designed for more varied fights. A Snowball Clamp quickly gathers Smooth Snowballs from snow, snow blocks, or powder snow, and can collect Compacted Snowballs from snow golems; Smooth Snowballs can also be converted into Compacted Snowballs. Snowballs include stronger material variants such as stone, glass, iron, gold, and obsidian, as well as explosive and triple-shot Compacted Snowball Sets. Snowball Cannons charge while held, visibly changing texture as they power up, and launch most of the mod’s snowballs with increased range and impact; upgraded versions can inflict Weakness or Slowness and a frozen-screen effect. Gloves let players catch incoming snowballs, even preventing explosive ones from detonating, creating an opportunity to counterattack. The mod also adds items such as popsicles, a Snowball Machine Gun, a Snowball Storage Tank, and a bucket that can be placed on another player’s head.
