Turn common items into blocks for storage, decoration, and fuel.

Block Of… adds more than 34 Dried Kelp-style blocks for decoration, storage, cooking, crafting, and fuel. The blocks cover animal-based items such as leather, raw and cooked meats, eggs, and rabbit hide; plants and foods such as apples, potatoes, bamboo, kelp, and sugar cane; materials such as charcoal, flint, and amethyst shards; and other items including bone, gunpowder, paper, and magma cream. It also includes blocks for vanilla dyes and, as shown in the gallery, seeds such as beetroot, pumpkin, and wheat. Each block is made from nine of its source item and can be crafted back into nine items; blocks with cookable ingredients can be cooked into their corresponding versions, while bamboo and charcoal blocks serve as fuel for the same duration as nine pieces of their source material. Mining speed depends on the block’s material and tool type: material-based blocks use pickaxes, most plant-based blocks use hoes, and animal-based blocks, rotten flesh, and gunpowder use shovels, with documented exceptions including bamboo, paper, and magma cream.
Written from Modrinth , CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.17 to 1.18.1.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 69 blocks and 156 recipes.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.17 to 1.18.1.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.17 to 1.18.1.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
