    Bloodied Mask adds a horror entity that torments the player over time, watches and interacts with them, and becomes more aggressive, sometimes unpredictably. Its behavior can differ between solo and multiplayer worlds, and the entity may learn from players; some variants can accidentally kill, though killing is not its intended purpose.
