About
Bugs and Grubs adds three forageable insects that provide an additional food source and ingredients for crafted items. Use a bug net to collect witchetty grubs from dead bushes, forest scorpions from ferns, and grasshoppers from grass; each can also be eaten for a small amount of nutrition and saturation. A mortar and pestle let you turn bugs into bug mush or bug brew: bug mush uses six bugs and a bowl, while bug brew uses nine bugs and a glass bottle with a blaze pestle. Bug mush removes poison, weakness, and slowness for 15 seconds, while bug brew removes harmful effects and can grant Grubby, Stinger, or Light Footed effects depending on which bugs are included and how many are used. The bug net can be enchanted with Swift Catch to collect bugs faster or Clustering for a chance to collect multiple bugs.
