Cactus is a customizable client-side toolkit that brings together quality-of-life, redstone, survival, creative-building, and mapmaking features, letting players enable and configure the modules they want. Its gameplay and building tools include fullbright, free-look, zoom, farm harvesting and replanting helpers, fluid markers, customizable block outlines, and redstone utilities such as a BUD-switch finder, automatic repeater settings, and redstone-powered blocks with specified signal strength. For creative work, it provides in-game NBT editing, armor-stand editing and previewing, map utilities, decorative heads, and tools for inspecting or copying block states. Players can tailor their interface with a HUD editor and elements for potion effects, keystrokes, armor, compass direction, item counts, block details, scoreboards, and images, as well as adjust visual details such as crosshairs, fire, shields, and GUI darkness. Other features include account and skin switching, capes and accessories, command macros, waypoint management, and an in-game screenshot viewer; configuration profiles can save settings for reuse or for selected servers. Cactus also helps players host worlds for others and set up locally hosted servers through a graphical interface, with support for preset or custom server software. Developers can extend the mod with addons that register modules, commands, HUD elements, content packs, configuration files, event hooks, and dependencies, while content packs can also manage core features or simple customizations.

No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
Sends your player ID, crash reports and unknown data, and uses your Minecraft login
Sent to api.imgur.com, api.mclo.gs, api.minecraftservices.com, litterbox.catbox.moe, login.live.com, sessionserver.mojang.com, user.auth.xboxlive.com and xsts.auth.xboxlive.com.
Only some of its files send your player ID and crash reports.
We found this in its code, read without running it.
The author declares on Modrinth that it sends crash reports or usage data unless you turn this off.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
Point at or tap a version to see its loaders.
Modpacks that include Cactus Mod in at least one of their versions, most downloaded first.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 5 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 1 point.
