Create factions and claim territory through contracts with other players.
33.9 of the 64 points that apply = 53 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
Charter adds an immersive system for player factions and land claims built around contracts that bind a signer’s soul to a written pact. A Charter Stone anchors each claim, which initially covers a 64-by-64-block square at full height; only members can place or break blocks inside it, and breaking the central stone is the only way to destroy the claim. Players can be added by placing a Pact Vessel holding their contract within the claim, which also prevents them from attacking the Charter owner; the claim requires periodic sacrifices of Pact Vessels to protect members from Soul Strain. Pact Vessels also provide other uses for contracts: they can apply Soul Strain when activated with soul fire beneath them, and work with a Soul Swapper to exchange two players’ bodies. Soul Strain doubles damage and converts it to armor-bypassing magic damage, while the Eternal Pact can keep contracted players from dying at the cost of blinding them and progressively slowing their mining as they lose health. For travel, a Merchant’s Crest found in treasure bastions lets a player teleport to someone whose signed contract they hold, briefly become invisible, and then return to their starting position.

No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.17.1 to 1.19.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
Sends your player ID

Sent to sessionserver.mojang.com.
Only some of its files send your player ID.
We found this in its code, read without running it.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

These projects do not work together with Charter: their authors or Charter's author say so. If you install both, the game can crash or some features can stop working. Some of them do the same job as Charter, so you only need one.
Modpacks that include Charter in at least one of their versions, most downloaded first.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. None is for a recent Minecraft version. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
