About
Colds: Runes adds 16 colored runes for marking locations and teleporting back to them, including across dimensions when enabled. To set a rune’s destination, crouch and use it at the desired location; afterward, use the rune to return there, and rename it to keep track of saved destinations. Runes can be dyed in a smithing table, with particle effects that match each rune’s color, and the Bed Rune always binds to the last place you slept. A locked rune in an item frame can turn the frame into a teleport pad for players who step on it, with options for making the frame invisible and for allowing creatures to teleport when struck by a rune. Configuration options include whether runes can be relocked, their teleport range, experience costs and cooldown, cross-dimensional travel, fireproofing, and whether runes are soulbound; tooltips adapt to the settings to guide use.
