Concerto is an in-game music player for listening to local audio, direct HTTP links, and tracks from NetEase Cloud Music, QQ Music, and KuGou Music without leaving Minecraft. It brings these sources together in one playlist, supports drag-and-drop import of audio files and folders, and can play common formats including MP3, OGG/Opus, FLAC, WAV, M4A/AAC, and AIFF. The player shows track details and cover art, lets listeners seek through tracks, and offers controls for playback order, volume, audio output, and a customizable on-screen HUD with lyrics, track information, progress, and cover art. On servers with Concerto installed, players can create shared music rooms where members hear the same track at the same position, with playback and pauses synchronized in real time; room owners can manage visibility and choose who can control playback. A separate server-wide KTV queue lets players request songs and vote to skip the current track, while preset radio playlists can take over when the queue is empty. Server owners can configure supported music-service accounts and share curated preset playlists with players, and the mod also allows players to send track-sharing invitations to one another. Concerto works as a local player in singleplayer or on servers without it, while its shared rooms, player sharing, and server queue require server-side support; client support is available for Fabric and NeoForge, with a Paper plugin for servers.

Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
Concerto-fabric-1.0.6-mc1.21.1.jar, CurseForge Concerto-fabric-1.0.6-mc1.21.1.jar. 3 classes changed, in top.gregtao.concerto: MusicCommand, MusicCacheManager, MusicPlayerHandler. We found nothing it sends about you
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
Point at or tap a version to see its loaders.
Modpacks that include Concerto in at least one of their versions, most downloaded first.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 5 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 1 point.
