Use JSON files to configure entity spawn rates.
Finished or replaced projects get no grade: they will not get fixes or new versions.
CorviCraft Spawn Utility lets users configure entity spawn rates through JSON, while primarily serving as a dependency that helps other mods provide configurable spawns for their own entities. For vanilla entities, its configuration can add or remove spawns in vanilla and modded biomes; it is deliberately limited to vanilla entities to avoid overriding other mods’ spawn settings. The system pairs biome lists in spawns.json with named spawn-set files, so one set of weighted spawn entries can be applied across multiple biomes. Spawn entries specify an entity, its relative spawn weight, and the minimum and maximum number of mobs attempted per spawn event, allowing users to shape both spawn chances and group sizes. Modded spawn configurations can also use rarity modifiers that adjust an entry’s chance according to a base value, weather, and moon phase.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.18.2.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.18.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.18.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
