A simple magic system for Minecraft.

Craftomancy adds a lightweight magic system designed to fit into vanilla Minecraft, built around six elemental affinities: red for fire and explosions, yellow for air and electricity, green for earth and nature, blue for water and ice, black for darkness and illusion, and white for light and protection. Players can gather mana crystals, six biome-linked varieties of magite ore, and the corresponding plants Scorchbloom, Fluteweed, Rockgrass, Frostbell, Gloomthorn, and Brightroot to make charged crystals for magical crafting. The crafting path combines arcane tomes, charged crystals, and staves in an arcane infuser; tomes encode one of 48 spells, while spells and staves each have power levels from 1 to 5, and a staff must match or exceed its spell's level. Spells can fire projectiles, target blocks or living creatures, or affect the caster, with some requiring casting time or imposing cooldowns; using them drains staff charge. Mana crystals recharge staves, while arcane souls can hold charge and supply it as an alternative; mana collectors provide larger storage and slowly generate charge over time. Players can freely mix spells or specialize with colored magic robes, whose individual pieces boost spells of their matching color. Magite can also be made into translucent storage blocks, and the magical plants have individual planting properties, can slowly propagate, and can be crafted into dyes.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
Adds 23 blocks, 59 items, 1 entity, 29 recipes and 19 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
