A cozy cooking datapack that adds new food and crops.
60 of the 71 points that apply = 85 out of 100.
Crop & Kettle turns Minecraft cooking into a hands-on activity, adding more than 100 recipes, from snacks to feasts, alongside seven crops: tomatoes, rice, lettuce, corn, chili peppers, grapes, and coffee cherries. Its cookbook reveals ingredients as you find them and recipes as you cook them, while an advancement tab helps guide discovery and progression. Prepare food with functional kitchen blocks: cut ingredients and portion meat on a cutting board, combine up to four items in a mixing bowl, and cook recipes in a pot that works without fuel. A distiller and basin let you brew beverages, including wines whose effects grow stronger as they age; a calendar can show the in-game date or the age of a wine. The trader Fizz exchanges cooked meals for special rewards, including parcels that can provide ingredients you have not yet unlocked and occasional exclusive rewards. The collection also includes practical and decorative food features such as scythes for harvesting, plates that display food with special models for some dishes, and a picnic basket that holds up to 256 food items. Its data-driven design lets other datapacks add recipes for Crop & Kettle's blocks and pages to its cookbooks, making it extensible with user-created cooking content.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 6 structures, 3 enchantments, 5 paintings, 55 recipes, 584 advancements, 444 loot tables and 34 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Replaces 6 of vanilla Minecraft's interface textures, 1 core shader and 1 text file.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
