Cube Animals expands Minecraft’s wildlife with 27 species spanning mammals, birds, reptiles, insects, and fish, designed in a vanilla-friendly visual style for different climates and biomes. Its animals include antelope, barn owls, black bears, capuchin monkeys, chameleons, crocodiles, eagles, elephants, fennecs, Komodo dragons, moose, piranhas, rattlesnakes, sharks, snow leopards, tigers, toucans, and walruses. Creatures have passive, neutral, or aggressive behavior: some remain friendly, some retaliate when provoked, and others hunt players; examples include panicking antelope, rattlesnakes that rattle to scare you, and barn owls that can scare players. More than a third of the animals can be tamed, with distinctive abilities such as powerful charges, external inventories, and providing enchanting books. The Sleep Arrow temporarily neutralizes certain mobs, while the Animal Transporter lets players carry tamed or sleeping animals; both can be obtained from the Hunter, and the arrow can also be crafted with poisons from the animals. The mod also adds a camouflage enchantment that makes armor and equipment invisible to others, along with more than 65 items including food and weapons. A Zoological Guide explains the animals, items, and Hunter, and can be received at the start of the game, found in some structures, or bought from the Hunter. Animal spawns can be adjusted through the mod’s configuration file, and the mod is compatible with Biomes O’ Plenty.

No harmful code found
We checked its files without running them.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends, in the 14 of its 15 files we read
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
