Smoother rope swings with aerial boosts and cinematic third-person views.
Finished or replaced projects get no grade: they will not get fixes or new versions.
DAOT: Mobility+ is an addon for Danny’s AOT that changes how its ODM gear moves, emphasizing controllable vertical orbit and aerial mobility. Its custom swing physics separate vertical control from orbiting, and turning the camera toward a hook makes the orbit turn more sharply. Double-tapping forward or jump launches the player forward, while double-tapping backward or either side direction gives backward or sideways boosts; boosts produce a HUD bar and a small shockwave ring. Rope locking lets players hold a fixed rope length for swinging, and the addon offers Blitz and Control movement styles: Blitz increases acceleration and the speed cap when moving with only the hook input, while Control supports active directional orbit and rope locking. At higher speeds, third-person camera effects zoom out and rise, with subtle edge blur and speed lines that brighten and rotate around the screen. Boosts integrate with DAOT’s gas system, consuming gas and preventing boosts when the gear is empty; configurable options include boost cost, cooldown, strength, vertical strength, speed cap, gas use, and cinematic third-person effects. The addon supports singleplayer, LAN, and multiplayer servers through a hybrid client-server system, with both sides required for multiplayer.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: Rendering and graphicsChanges 2 game code files in this area: drawing mobs, items, particles and textures on screen..
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI was used for its images
OpenAI gpt-image is named in the images in its files.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
