Build machines and manage a challenging, unusual power system.

E-Flux is a tech mod built around a power system that asks players to plan how they connect machines, rather than simply sharing one undifferentiated energy supply. Its grid uses Redstone Potential (RP) and Energetic Flux (EF): RP determines the grid’s operating level, while machines have different RP tolerances, and an unsuitable level can increase power use, slow operation, or damage a machine. The mod includes multiblock machines such as a grinder, compressor, furnace, and mining laser, alongside generators and Tesla coils. Ore processing is a staged process: the grinder turns ore into ground mesh, which players scan to reveal its contents, sieve to remove rubble, and wash to remove stone dust before combining the remaining material into usable dust. Ground mesh contains up to nine units, which can include different materials and impurities, so processing and combining batches is part of recovering useful output. Other machines and devices include a growth lamp that encourages nearby plant growth, a powered chunk-loading system built around a personal controller and subblocks, and an area mover for transporting sections of terrain.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.8.8 to 1.9.
Adds 1 block: Monitor.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.8.8 to 1.9.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.8.8 to 1.9.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
