    Echange Pokemon Cobblemon adds an interactive NPC trading system to Cobblemon, giving players a way to exchange a Pokémon at level 50 or higher for a random level 1 Pokémon. Each trade permanently consumes the offered Pokémon, making the exchange a gamble: common results are more likely than rare ones, with configurable weights across common, uncommon, rare, epic, and legendary rarities. The received Pokémon has IVs from 20 to 31 by default, with a 5% chance of perfect 31 IVs across all stats; legendary Pokémon, mythicals, and Ultra Beasts are excluded by default. A configurable per-player cooldown limits trades to one every 24 hours by default, and server administrators can adjust the cooldown, IV range, rarity weights, and species exclusions, as well as enable trade logs or exchange broadcasts.
