About
Enchanting Runes adds a rune-based way to enchant early-game stone and wood tools and leather armor. Players craft a rune blade with gravel and use it on stone to gather blank runes, which can be upgraded or used as they are to make runewords. Runeword recipes are shapeless, but the number and order of the runes determine the enchantment; the available enchantments can be expanded through configuration, and shapeless datapack recipes can add support for more items.
