About
EzWastelands is a world-generation mod for map makers and quest-based modpacks, creating a barren, non-void overworld with little useful terrain or resources for maps where survival and progression are meant to happen elsewhere. Its mostly flat surface is made from wasteland blocks extending from bedrock to circular hills; the terrain remains solid and spawnable, and biomes are retained, so snowy areas can receive snow and other mods can place biome-dependent structures. Creators can choose the Wastelands world type and start in creative mode to build map starter structures, while world-specific settings and shareable presets let them shape the generation; the named options include Classic, Village Challenge, Alien Hills, and Wasteland Seas. The presets range from village-based survival progression and hilly terrain to wastelands mixed with lakes and small ocean areas, and generation can also include lava or diamond-block lakes. A setting controls whether wasteland blocks have gravity, and terrain variation can be adjusted to introduce rolling ground.
