Fixes first-person body glitches with combat and accessory mods.
46.5 of the 58 points that apply = 80 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
First Person Model Compat helps keep the player’s body aligned with the camera and reduces clipping or jitter when First Person Model is used alongside combat, spellcasting, movement, and accessory mods. For Better Combat, it synchronizes arm rotations and body offsets with camera pitch during attacks; it also steadies rendering during Combat Roll and aligns hands, weapons, and staves with the view during Spell Engine casting. Its Punchy integration preserves First Person Model rendering in specified Punchy settings and restores Better Combat and Spell Engine first-person animation settings after Punchy runtime hooks disable them. For Accessories, Curios, and Essential, it hides head-related accessories or cosmetics from the local player in first person while leaving them visible in third person and to other players; the ignoredAccessorySlots option lets users choose which slot names to hide. It also includes renderer fixes for Relics items such as the Piglin Mask and Chef’s Hat, and hides scarf-style Artifacts renderers in first person while allowing other artifacts to render normally.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found in the parts we could check
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
One of its files for recent versions is not checked yet.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends, in the 2 of its 3 files we read
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
