    About

    Gear of the Ancients adds randomly generated weapons that can be looted from creatures, each with a unique name and color palette. Weapons can have up to four colored ability slots, and their abilities can be upgraded using fragments dropped by enemies killed with an Ancient Weapon. Abilities offer a broad mix of combat effects and utility, including critical hits, counterattacks, shockwaves, poison, healing, night vision, wall climbing, Ender Pearl throws, and protection from falling into the Void. Weapons can be repaired with diamonds or smelted into diamonds, and the mod adds recipes for ability items and Ancient Dye.
