    About

    Glow Inc. adds practical uses for glow ink sacs, centering on throwable Glow Balls, refillable ink and related crafting. A Glow Ball splashes luminous ink across the surface it hits and gives the Glowing effect to living entities; its projectile passes through water, where the splat shines brighter and can help with underwater exploration. By default, crafting two glow ink sacs produces eight Glow Balls, whose splats disappear after 20 minutes unless configured to persist, with the duration adjustable from 1 to 120 minutes. The Ink Gun shoots glow ink farther than a thrown Glow Ball and holds up to 64 shots, with each shot using 100 millibuckets. Pure Glow Bottles are brewed from glow ink sacs and water bottles; each can be crafted into glowstone dust or used to refill the Ink Gun, supplying 400 millibuckets when combined in a crafting grid. You can also refill the gun by shift-clicking it with Pure Glow Bottles in your inventory, which returns the empty bottles.
