About
Green Delights is a Farmer’s Delight addon that expands the kitchen with foods and cooking ingredients based around cactus, bamboo, and slime. Cacti can be peeled, more efficiently with a cutting board, and eaten raw or cooked; raw cactus may cause nausea but can improve resistance in high concentrations, while cooking it makes a survival food that loses some of its properties. The cactus recipes include CactusCola, a drink that retains cactus’s properties, and cactus rum that can be fermented with Brewin’ and Chewin’. Bamboo features in vegan-friendly rice with bamboo and seeds, as well as beef with bamboo and mushrooms. Slime balls can be processed in a furnace and made into Slime Bread, which works with all bread recipes; slime and kelp also make the placeable Slime Jelly feast, served in portions with a bowl. Slime foods provide the Luck effect, and the addon also adds Sea Salad with kelp and sea pickles and the sweet snack Creeper & Cream.
