A "death chest" mod that keeps all your items in a chest when you die.

Guardian Chests protects a player’s belongings after death by spawning a chest at the death location to hold their items. An Awakened Guardian Chest in the player’s main inventory is normally required for this protection, though a configuration option can remove that requirement; a craftable Bound Guardian Chest instead makes the chest spawn near the player’s spawn location. The chest is unbreakable and initially restricted to its owner, with the owner-only period configurable; after that period, anyone can open it, causing it to vanish in smoke and release its contents. Configuration can also make enchanted items soulbound so they return directly to the player’s inventory after death, and can set how far the chest searches for a clear spawning spot. The mod supports inventory preservation with integrations including Ars Magica 2, Advent of Ascension, Battlegear, Baubles, EnderIO, Galacticraft, RpgInventory, Thaumcraft, The Camping Mod, Tinkers’ Construct and Twilight Forest, as well as items that store inventories, such as backpacks.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10.
Adds 2 blocks: Guardian Chest and Large Guardian Chest; 5 items: Unbound Map, Bound Map, Inert Guardian Chest, Awakened Guardian Chest and Bound Guardian Chest.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
