Halo & MDE combines Halo-inspired weapons, armor, enemies and building materials with the original Treqyo: MDE setting and its own dimensions. Its weapons range from steel handguns to hard-light rifles, with both magazine-fed firearms and energy weapons; energy weapons can be recharged using in-mod generators and charging stations. Armor draws on factions and groups including the UNSC, Covenant, Forerunners, Ancestors, MAK and Custodians, and some compatible sets provide energy shields that activate when their wearer takes damage. Tech helmets can display ammunition and energy counters, while advanced helmets also support breathing underwater and in space. The mod adds faction-themed blocks and structures, including Covenant structures, Custodian structures, Forerunner graves and a Halo 2 temple; its Forerunner Ship Archaeological Site is available through operator settings or commands rather than ordinary world generation. Exploration leads to unusual locations such as the Prevalence Dimension, reached through a portal made with a Pretreqyoish Star-Feeded Energy Block frame and a Reign Composer igniter, and the Nevhatreqyos Dark Zone, whose igniter comes from Custodian Asfarkennai Wardens. The Prevalence Dimension supplies materials such as Cosmic Fabric and Tangible Data, and its biomes feature ambient sounds from Halo: Combat Evolved. Players can find rare drugs in Nether shipment containers to become Spartans, or use a Knowledge Alien Tablet to become a Custodian; Netherite Pickaxes are required to mine Titanium. Another progression system uses a Field Thought Scanner, empty chips and an AI Workbench to analyze Alien Data Fragments and uncover rewards, often including coordinates. Customizable gamerules let players adjust aspects of the experience, including Covenant mob spawning, while species commands distinguish Spartan generations.

Adds:
Counted from the files of the mod. Content made only in its code is not counted.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
