I18nAutoUpdateMod is a client-side mod that automatically downloads, updates, and applies CFPA’s Simplified Chinese translation resource pack for Minecraft mods. It selects among official and community download sources, checks and falls back between mirrors when downloads fail, and verifies files before replacing the cached pack. The mod merges translation resources for the current Minecraft version and loader, then generates the matching pack metadata; an option can merge Forge and Fabric translations together, giving the current loader priority when translations conflict. The language pack is placed at the bottom of the resource-pack list by default to preserve the priority of custom texture packs, and settings can control its placement, download source, beta-pack preference, and first-launch wait. Updates normally run in the background, while a brief wait on the first launch without a cached pack can let the translation load immediately; if that download times out, it continues in the background for a later launch.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
The author declares AI code, assets and text on Modrinth
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
