    About

    Identity Mask lets you project a holographic disguise as another player or an entity; the alien projection is locked until the Alien Evolution javaport release. The disguise changes appearance rather than your abilities: your health, reach, hitbox, speed, and size stay the same, so its benefits depend on others believing it. A zombie disguise can make hostile mobs ignore you, while a villager disguise can earn family discounts, but clever mobs may grow suspicious if you stand near them without acting. Act mode imitates the creature you pose as through its movement, footsteps, and sounds, and lets your projection track a target so its head follows along. You can also fake the look of armor in all four slots, and the mod can fool mobs from other mods without setup; its configuration lets you mark additional mobs as clever.
