About
Improved Vanilla adds small quality-of-life features to make ordinary Minecraft gameplay more convenient. You can mine spawners with a silk-touch pickaxe, and they drop spawn eggs based on their displayed entity or spawn potentials; mobs also have a 2% chance to drop their own spawn egg. Right-click crops to harvest them, or use seeds to plant nearby farmland in a small radius. The mod adds recipes for otherwise uncraftable items, including dead bushes, crying obsidian, strings from wool, bells, gold lichen, glow ink sacs, saddles, horse armor and gilded blackstone; for example, a sapling crafts a dead bush, while wool yields four strings. Its features can be adjusted or disabled through the configuration.
