About
Ion Items adds a craftable set of Ion materials, tools, weapons, and armor to Minecraft. Obsidian Sticks, made from two obsidian blocks, are used for Ion tools, while Ion Diamonds are crafted from four diamonds. The Ion Pickaxe mines stone instantly and mines other blocks faster; the Ion Axe speeds up tree cutting, and the Ion Shovel is described as roughly as fast as a diamond shovel with Efficiency V while offering more durability. The Ion Sword deals 10 damage per hit, compared with 7 for a diamond sword. Its armor pieces provide distinct effects: the Ion Head prevents hunger, the Ion Chest improves fishing luck, the Ion Leggings let you jump twice as high, and the Ion Boots increase walking and running speed. Ion items can also be enchanted for further benefits.
