Players lose hearts in combat, and losing them all means a ban.

Klleyy's Hearts is a multiplayer PvP mod that gives each player three lives, banning them when they lose all three if that rule is enabled. Attacking an opposing player starts a 30-second combat phase, and a player loses a heart if they die during it or leave the game while it is active; attacks against teammates do not trigger combat. Players can give hearts to one another, and servers can enable linked hearts, which are shared by a paired couple and lost for both players if either loses the shared heart. Administrators can check or set a player's heart count, while server rules control banning, heart trading, linked hearts, and whether remaining combat time appears in the action bar. An admin-only Soul Amulet can preserve a heart after a combat death, and optional public chat notices report where it is dropped and who picks it up.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 1 block: Klleyys Hearts Data Block; 2 items: Klleyys Hearts Data Block and Soul Amulet; 3 sounds: Hear Break Sfx, Heart Break Sfx and Heartbreak; 2 advancements.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

Modpacks that include Klleyy's Hearts in at least one of their versions, most downloaded first.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 1 release needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This counts in the grade, but it is too few to lose points.
