Keeps servers running smoothly by adjusting mobs when lag builds.

LagShield Ultimate is a server-side performance mod that monitors server load in real time and adjusts gameplay systems to help keep tick performance stable, without requiring players to install it. Its adaptive controls scale mob spawns and per-chunk mob limits with server stress, while asynchronous processing handles mob-density checks and AI calculations away from the main thread. During heavy load, it can throttle entity movement speeds to limit how quickly players or mobs load chunks, and make distant entities think less often. Bosses, villagers, tamed animals, and name-tagged mobs are protected from the mod’s mob-management actions. Configuration lets server operators tune performance modules, speed limits, and per-mob spawn weights and caps. The project was designed with hybrid servers such as Arclight and Mohist in mind and was developed for the Werewolves vs Vampires modpack.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: Server and world logicChanges 1 game code file in this area: the world, commands, scoreboards, saved data and game rules..
Adds 1 block: Example Block; 1 item: Example Item.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found in the parts we could check
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
One of its files for recent versions cannot be checked: its author does not let other sites download it from CurseForge.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends, in the 1 of its 2 files we read
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
