MagnumOpus is a PrimalCore add-on that blends alchemy with primitive earth science in a survival-focused world where gathering and exploration are central to progression. It adds expanded recipes for the PrimalCore cauldron, including special fluids whose crafting can depend on conditions such as the moon being visible in a particular phase; Arges pushes players downward, while Anemoi lifts them, and sneaking reverses the movement. The mod also adds moon-phase and rain detectors that emit redstone signals in suitable conditions, with moon-phase detectors varying their signal strength according to the current phase; both need a clear view of the sky. Other additions include weapons, redstone-powered Ignitors that direct vanilla fire from their top face and can be oriented to open or close a Nether portal, and spider eggs found in the world that hatch hostile spiders when disturbed. Horde spiders have biome-specific types, attack many other creatures, and leave more eggs behind.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
Adds 223 items, 1 mob, 4 other entities, 77 recipes, 2 loot tables and 31 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
