About
MarketGuard is a client-side safety mod for the Hypixel SkyBlock Auction House that helps prevent costly mistakes when listing or buying BIN auctions. It checks listing prices that are too far below a market reference and purchase prices that are too far above it, blocking risky clicks and showing a chat warning with the item and price difference; intentional actions can still be continued through an additional-click bypass. Its movable Auction Price HUD compares an auction’s price with the reference and shows a verdict such as “Cheapest BIN right now,” “Fair price,” or “overpriced,” along with the coin difference; stacked auctions are evaluated at their full stack size. Players can set separate listing and purchase thresholds and choose to compare against Lowest BIN, a median incorporating 7- and 30-day averages, or a price basis that favors the player when signals diverge. The mod also offers movable Player, Trade Guard, Minion Profit, Forge Profit, and Profit Tracker HUDs, with details such as player profile and blacklist information, trade-side value comparisons, minion and forge sale totals, and income from Bazaar, Auction House, and bank interest. MarketGuard uses ScamScreener market data and can share its loaded market and player data with other client-side mods to avoid duplicate requests.
