Metamorph Max is an addon to Metamorph that gives morphs new abilities intended to make them behave more like their original mobs, while adding controls for modpacks and uses of Metamorph as an API without its gameplay features getting in the way. Its updated morph behaviors include a Blaze that flies and fires fireballs, a Cave Spider that places webs and moves through them, and a Creeper whose detonation can be started or cancelled rather than happening instantly. Other hostile morphs gain characteristic abilities: Endermen can teleport away from some damage and pick up blocks, Evokers summon fangs or vexes, Guardians swim and fire lasers, and Magma Cubes grow or shrink with changes to their health, armor, jump and contact damage. Illusioners can blink others and turn invisible, Silverfish burrow into stone and can infest it, Skeletons can ride and control spiders, Vexes can move faster while flying, and Witches can select and throw potions. Animal and other non-hostile morphs also gain distinct interactions: Bats can fly and hang from ceilings, Mooshrooms provide stew or can be sheared into cows, Sheep can be sheared, dyed and regrow wool by eating grass, and Villagers can change profession while other players can trade with them. Additional examples include riding a saddled Pig, milking a Cow, changing an Ocelot's skin, swimming as a Squid, and standing upright as a Polar Bear for greater damage and resistance at the cost of speed. The Ender Dragon becomes a smaller, more manageable flying morph that shoots dragon fireballs and knocks nearby mobs away, while the Wither can fly and fire skulls, gains projectile armor at low health, and damages nearby blocks when hit. Configuration options can disable survival morph controls, prevent mobs from picking up items or opening chests, alter restrictions on armor and held items, change hostile-mob handling, and override Metamorph's settings to enable morph functionality while disabling its additional gameplay features.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
Adds 1 entity.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
