    More Beautiful Pressure Plates adds around 240 pressure plates whose textures are drawn from their corresponding vanilla Minecraft blocks, allowing them to work with resource packs as usual. To make them, craft a Pressure Plate Frame using any vanilla pressure plate, then combine the frame with the block whose appearance you want; some plates also emit light like their source blocks. Examples include magma, crying obsidian, diamond block, and stained-glass plates, with plates for every stained-glass color; fire, soul fire, lava, nether portal, and Strange plates have special crafting recipes.
