More Biomes Official Addon expands exploration with 32 additional biomes, bringing the total to 56 when used with the original More Biomes mod; it can also be played on its own. Its environments range from Bayous, Mangrove Forests and Wetlands, with mud for crafting mud bricks, to Archipelagos and Tropical Archipelagos, Rose Fields, Flower Fields, Jacaranda Fields, Maple and Fir Forests, and cold Brumal Wastes and Groves. Other distinctive landscapes include Crystal Forests with ground-spiking crystals, mushroom-dominated Fungal Fields and Fungal Forests, a grave-filled Graveyard, terracotta formations in Rocky Valleys, and volcanic terrain in the Volcanic Wastes. Cursed Bayous and Cursed Deserts add eerie terrain, while End Forests bring an otherworldly landscape and the Vilium resource, used for tools and armor described as having diamond-like strength and greater durability. The biomes provide new building materials and plants, including mud bricks, quartz and sandstone bricks, several woods, colored flowers, and Cursedstone, which occurs underground in Cursed Bayous and has polished, smooth, brick, decorative and pillar forms. Vineyards provide harvestable grapes that can be eaten or crafted with a glass bottle into wine, while maple logs can be cut with a sword and tapped with a bottle to collect syrup. Structures include treasure-hiding Cursed Altars, volcanoes and Burnt Houses, and the Volcanic Wastes are home to the fast, hostile Lava Crawler.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
Adds 170 blocks, 24 items, 1 entity and 107 recipes.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
