MTE Patches is a configurable collection of bug fixes and performance improvements for Minetech Evolution, and it can also be used outside that modpack. Its general fixes add timeouts to mod information lookups that could otherwise stall loading on a poor connection, preserve Omniwand or morph-o-tool multitools when breaking blocks with supported tools such as the IndustrialCraft 2 wrench, ProjectRed screwdriver, and Immersive Engineering hammer, and cull complex tile-entity rendering at configurable distances or during shader shadow rendering. It also addresses world and tile-entity memory leaks, including stale client-side tile entities left behind as blocks are replaced or removed. Railcraft patches cover cross-chunk multiblock desynchronization, turbine repair and outfitted-track drops, track relaying, loader and unloader performance, tile-cache purging, and an experimental charge-network fix. IndustrialCraft 2 changes fix stuck mass fabricators, protect crop sticks from trampling, allow them on compatible modded farmland, prevent keybinds from activating in GUIs, and address LAN messages, generator buffers, and explosions in FTB Utilities-protected chunks. Other gameplay and compatibility fixes include recycling enchanted items in Thermal Expansion machines, correcting Forestry apiary and multifarm behavior, accepting partially filled containers in Forestry machines, and letting BuildCraft item pipes receive ejected items. Client and interface improvements include culling invisible RFTools storage slots and drawer contents, reducing crafting-GUI updates, and making modular-storage item transfers behave better with mouse tweaks. Additional patches address ProjectRed machine breaking speeds and pressure-tube item buildup, Storage Drawers trim and slot behavior, Biomes o’ Plenty fog performance, Steve’s Carts Reborn bridging blocks, Not Enough Wands rendering and RF costs, and vanilla item-entity buildup while dead.

No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.

It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
Point at or tap a version to see its loaders.
Modpacks that include MTE Patches in at least one of their versions, most downloaded first.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. None is for a recent Minecraft version. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 9 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 2 points.
