Murder Drones Origins is a datapack that turns characters and themes from the show into playable Minecraft Origins, with three selectable at the outset: Disassembly Drone, Worker Drone, and Anti-Drone Sentinel; additional hidden Origins can be unlocked through play. The Worker Drone focuses on mining, with a chance to uncover ore while mining stone, increased pickaxe damage, and the ability to craft extra doors. The Disassembly Drone combines flight and combat: its metallic wings provide lift and a dash, while equipping them activates Hunting Mode with thermal vision and wall-climbing claws. Its other abilities include healing saliva, an SMG, a chargeable missile launcher, an altitude-dependent EMP, and a chance to poison attackers with an acidic tail; managing overheating is also part of playing this Origin. The Anti-Drone Sentinel can stun nearby enemies with a burst of light, lunge, gain a brief speed boost, roar, and store a few extra items by swallowing them; its claws also support climbing and digging. The Infected Worker Origin is granted by using a Solver Virus USB Drive rather than selected in the Origins menu, and progresses through two stages with powers such as telekinesis, rapid healing, teleportation, and, later, Fleshy Wings and the [NULL] Command. Other unlockable forms include Solver Heart, which can follow the death of a drone carrying the Absolute Solver, and Absolute Solver Host, obtained by submitting to the Solver at the Cathedral in Cabin Fever Labs. The world includes large, explorable structures: the School Bus in cold taiga, the rare Outpost with procedurally generated rooms and hallways, and underground Cabin Fever Labs in cold biomes, which contain show references, items, and the Cathedral. Exploration can yield Oil, which helps drones manage overheating, a USB Drive that infects a Worker Drone, a Crucifix Patch that removes Solver influence without removing Solver abilities, and custom music discs found in structures. Visual and audio details include animated character-perspective overlays, wing colors that respond to the worn choker, custom sounds, and resource bars for certain powers. The datapack supports custom biome mods including Biomes O' Plenty, Terralith, and Incendium, as well as modded foods and armor sets.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 4 structures, 14 recipes, 23 advancements, 62 loot tables and 110 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Replaces 3 of vanilla Minecraft's item textures and 1 loot table.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
