Adds over 60 new creatures to your game, including animals, insects, and monsters.
Finished or replaced projects get no grade: they will not get fixes or new versions.
Nanex's Mobs expands Minecraft with more than 60 creatures, spanning animals, insects, pets and hostile monsters. Its wildlife includes ostriches, elephants, grizzlies, crocodiles, goats, camels, snakes, snails, butterflies and jellyfish, alongside fantasy creatures such as werewolves, minotaurs, wraiths and the Ender Titan. Some creatures can be tamed or ridden: players can ride ostriches and grizzlies, keep kitties that scare away rats and mice, and raise scorpions from eggs into different tamed varieties. The Ender Titan is a summonable boss with multiple attacks; defeating it yields materials for an Ender sword, armor and Ender Star. The mod also adds the Shadow Realm dimension, with its own blocks, items and mobs, as well as Sapphire ore in the Overworld that can be traded with friendly cave-dwelling Molagers and other new traders. Creature drops feed into crafting and combat: scorpion stings make swords that grant potion effects, Naga teeth can be made into arrows, and polar fur can be used for armor that grants strength in snowy biomes. Other additions include an upgrade table for armor, tools and weapons, and an insect trap that catches insects as items over time.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Not checked yet
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
Its author does not let other sites download its files from CurseForge, so we cannot check them.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We have not read its code yet
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
What it sends is not known yet.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in it yet.
AI in the game: not checked yet
We have not read its code for AI yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
