Nerospace is a space-exploration and technology-progression mod that takes players from mining Nerosium in the Overworld to making a barren alien world habitable. Smelt the ore or increase its yield with a powered grinder, then build generators and connect machines with the Universal Pipe, which transports energy, fluids, gas, and items and supports per-face modes and filters. Four tiers of rockets open the route from the Orbital Station to Greenxertz, the volcanic Cindara, and frozen Glacira, each with its own ores, creatures, and hazards. Because these destinations are airless, survival involves sealing rooms, supplying oxygen, and refilling an Oxygen Suit at airlocks; Thermal and Cryo Suits help manage the extra oxygen drain from extreme heat or cold. Players can found named orbital stations and select them as rocket destinations, while the Tier 4 rocket requires a Heavy Launch Complex and refined fuel. The Star Guide provides an interactive progression tree and tracks completed goals, guiding players through the journey from their first ore to later space exploration and terraforming. In the endgame, a terraformer develops dead ground through Rooted, Hydrated, and Living stages, bringing a glacite-fed water cycle, weather, mature biomes, and three breedable livestock species; a fully matured world can receive rain. The mod also adds eight bespoke creatures, including world-native glowing stalkers and crawlers and the Meadow Loper, Ember Strutter, and Woolly Drift, which inhabit terraformed land.
Written from Modrinth and the GitHub README . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: Game coreChanges 1 game code file in this area: the main loop, lighting and other code the whole game uses..
Adds 49 blocks, 70 items, 9 mobs, 3 projectiles, 1 other entity, 7 biomes, 5 dimensions, 92 recipes, 45 advancements, 3 loot tables and 25 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
Sends crash reports
Sent to an address built while the game runs.
We found this in its code, read without running it.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI was used to make it
The author writes that AI was used.
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
